After observing the first day of May as a holiday, Labor Day, on Monday, the third shift classes still has no classes the following day, Tuesday, May 2, for the entire school premises underwent fogging as disinfectant spray used to reduce air- borne contaminants as the Department of Health urges the public to always be safe,as illnesses like dengue and COVID 19 still increasing at this point of time. The Barangay Health Office thru the city government, conducted the fogging/ spraying in all corners of the school at 2: 00 o’clock in the afternoon with the School Principal, Mrs. Marites Coballes assisted by the non- teaching personnels . The said fogging task ensured that the schoolchildren are free from germs and viruses that are the main causes of children’s illnesses. XxxxxxxxxX

SilvES gather Reactions, Comments on ADM

The School Head, Mrs. Marites Coballes, conducted a survey whether the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM)be implemented due to too much heat that this dry season brings, which causes the uncomfortable feeling, no focus and dizziness among the students, teachers and school personnel. This ADM would be implemented on Monday, May 8, upon the Division’s Office approval . Some schools in the city already conducted ADM and the so-called “Heat Break” to avoid inconveniences in doing their tasks during this summer season. XxxxxxxxxX

Homeroom Parents meet Teachers, Brgy. Councilor Laguinlin VS. Third Quarter Grading Issues, Agenda

Parents of concern took time to meet the teachers of their children to have talks regarding their child’s performances and also to get the report card last Friday, May 5. after their classes. Agenda was discussed to inform the parents especially in grade 6 classes, whom their children are graduating. Kagawad Lyn Laguinlin, BCPC Barangay focal chair also graced the meeting to talk about children at risk (CAR) and children in conflict with the law, (CICL). The parents assembly lasted for an hour. Brigada Pagbasa strengthens hope for Struggling learners

As the BP sessions were nearly to an end, still learners showed eagerness to discover the joys of reading. There are changes when it comes to their reading status. Volunteers generously shared their donations of help, cash and in kind for the BP program . Brigada Pagbasa of the school is based on the Division’s goal of “Bawat Batang ParanaqueƱo, Bumabasa”.
