SCHOOL PROFILE
Silverio Elementary School (SilvES), which is located at Purok 4, Silverio Compound, Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque City, is a newly-recognized independent school in the Division, which mission and vision are mainly focusing on the welfare of the school children, to provide them the valued, quality education and skills that will help them succeed in this rapidly changing society. SilvES, though it is a medium school, has been reaping awards in the national, like 2016 Be Riceponsible, in which the school got the grand prize of 1 million as the champion, regional, like the 2016 Brigada Eskwela, as the best implementer in the medium- school category and BE champion in division levels ever since and up to this time. The maximum involvement of the administration, 18 non-teaching personnel, and 71 teaching force, with the help of parents, partners, and stakeholders, contributes a lot to the successful implementation of such learning programs for an estimated 2700 learners enrolled this year. The school crafted appropriate Learning Programs, particularly the Reading Programs, which give a remarkable impact on the students’ distance learning and for the school, to keep abreast of the Deped Programs at this time of Pandemic. The SilvES needs more support from partners, in terms of volunteers and resources, that would be of great help in realizing the school-made programs that are found effective in the children’s learning. Silverio hopes that the strengthened relationship between its partners and stakeholders will give a better opportunity to deliver quality instructions and service to the promising Silverian populace in the coming years.
