Brigada Eskwela 2025 was successfully carried out at Silverio Elementary School from June 9 to 13, 2025, in alignment with the Department of Education’s mission to ensure schools are well-prepared for the new academic year. With the theme “Bayanihan Para sa Matatag na Paaralan,” the program became a testament to the strong volunteer spirit and collective efforts of parents, barangay officials, alumni, and private partners. The week opened with a kick-off ceremony that set the tone for days filled with teamwork focused on cleaning, repairing, and beautifying school facilities.

Volunteers actively joined hands with teachers and school staff to repaint classrooms, repair damaged furniture, landscape the school grounds, and tidy up learning areas. The initiative was further bolstered by the generous contributions of cleaning materials, paint, construction tools, and refreshments from various donors. Despite the occasional setbacks brought by unpredictable weather, the planned tasks were accomplished thanks to efficient coordination and community solidarity.

This year’s Brigada Eskwela not only improved the physical condition of the school but also deepened collaboration among stakeholders and reinforced the shared commitment to education. The school community expressed heartfelt appreciation to all participants and looks forward to carrying this spirit of unity into future projects.
